Purple Parfait

One of our favourites is adding it to (non-dairy) yogurt. One little capsule can turn the base of your breakfast parfait into a beautiful light purple. Top it off with some fresh fruit, chopped up greens, and granola and you got yourself a crunchy smoothie bowl!

Smoothie Anyone?
