Super Maqui Plus™ with Delphinol® has been subject to pre-clinical trials carried out by senior researchers and collaborators at the Institute of Pharmacology and Morphophysiology at Universidad Austral de Chile, in the city of Valdivia. In these trials, the extract was shown to have various benefits that included glycaemia control.
In one study, participants were given either 60, 120, or 180 mg of Super Maqui Plus™ with Delphinol®. Researchers measured the fasting glucose of the participants 60 minutes after taking their provided dose of the extract as well as 30 minutes after a 75 g glucose tolarnce test. Results showed that Super Maqui Plus™ with Delphinol® dose dependently helped lower both fasting and postprandial glucose.
In the same study, researchers also found that insulin levels were also lowered. Together, this helps stabilize overall sugar levels and improve sugar metabolism.

Super Maqui Plus with Delphinol® stabilizes blood glucose levels, helping control metabolic balance. The delphinidins that make up the extract have powerful anti-inflammatory effects due to their activation of the PPAR gamma receptor. This activation is strongly correlated with with the control of Type 2 Diabetes since it enhances insulin sensitivity.
The potent effect of Super Maqui Plus™ with Delphinol® help prevent the oxidative stress caused my pro-oxidant effects that are closely linked to hyperglycaemic episodes. Additionally, taking the extract daily can significantly increase adipocytokine function which helps mediate inflammation and regulate the metabolic process.
In the 3 months clinical trial, 36 pre-diabetic patients aged 18 to 50 years old were given 180mg of Super Maqui Plus™ with Delphinol® to take once daily. Researchers measured HbA1c percentages every 30 days for 90 days and found that after 60 days of treatment there was a statistically significant decline in HbA1c levels.
During the same study researchers observed an improvement on lipidinc profile. Total cholesterol decreases after 3 months of diet supplementation with Super Maqui Plus™ with Delphinol®.
